Booking Terms

£25 non-refundable deposit with all bookings. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival, or payable in full if bookings made with less than 4 weeks notice. Short break bookings of less than 7 days for periods incorporating bank holidays will only be accepted within 28 days of arrival.
