About Us

Much work has been done at Scalebeck Holiday Cottages to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Retaining much of its original character, the cottages, have been well-equipped and tastefully furnished to provide charming and cosy accommodation. Suitable all year round as all cottages are fully gas central heated.

We have a cycle store and laundry with a coin operated washing machine, dryer and public telephone.

There is also a games room with an excellent pool table and table tennis table.

The area around the cottages, about 12 acres, is shared with the owners and and includes a separate large grassed area for outside games and dog walking.

A wild flower meadow has recently been sown and can be enjoyed during the season. The surrounding area is a haven for wildlife and a large variety of wild birds are seen to frequent the gardens.
